The North
American Menopause Society (NAMS) has started comprehensive video series for
clinicians about important midlife health topics. All the interviews in the
series are hosted by NAMS Board of Trustees Member and President Dr. Marla
Shapiro, a Canadian physician, who led this exciting initiative.
In this latest
video, Contraception in
Perimenopause, Dr. Shapiro interviews Dr. Andrew Kaunitz,
University of Florida Research Foundation Professor and Associate Chairman in
the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida
College of Medicine at Jacksonville. Dr Kaunitz discusses IUDs and oral
contraceptives and the appropriate type for your patients.
